One suggestion would to be a thermally conductive laminate that are specifically designed to help dissipate and remove heat from the Printed Circuit Board.
One such product would be a thermally conductive laminate and prepreg with a 170 degree C Tg and a thermal conductivity of over 1.0 W/m-K, which would be about four times that of the standard FR-4
By building a Printed Circuit Board with a thermally conductive material you will have a greater transfer of heat away from any “hot spots” on the board.
A 50 degree C or greater reduction in surface temperature of your printed circuit board is possible by using a thermally conductive laminate system.
